    Could Albie Morgan become the next Scott Parker?

    He has been told by Bowz to get fitter, but he seems to have a good footballing brain and an excellent range of passing... he would not replace Joe Aribo next season but could replace JFC if we lose him.

    <cheers>

    If we don’t get promoted I think Albie Morgan will be a first team regular next season for us in the Pie League.

    If we do get promoted, I think the Championship will be too much for him at this stage, and he would benefit from going out on loan.

    In some ways Albie Morgan is emblematic of having a tool of an owner in the Championship - I suspect that Bowyer will be forced to play him in more games than he would wish to.

    Would you want to go to Villa...Derby....West Brom away in August with kids in the team ?

    on the subs bench …. perhaps <ok> … but he may be better off playing 30 odd games for Wimbledon in L1 rather than on the bench for us in the Champ.

    I agree. Morgan will benefit from 30 games plus in League One next season. That’s his current level, and the ideal stage to continue his development. Throwing him in at the deep end will be counter productive to both our team, and Albie’s career.

    The same applies to Stevenson, who also looks a good player in the making.
