We were due a thrashing and with Best and Shola up front it never looks good! That horrendous penalty decision changed the game and then we just switched off, almost feeling sorry for ourselves. Ben Arfa assisted and scored and that's a positive if anything. Pardew needs to strengthen a bit (especially in defence), we just don't have a big enough squad to cover for key players being missing or to put in for players who are tired. Although, we will move on. Let's all go back to positive mode and dream of Ba and Cisse playing up front together in the future.
