As we all know the internet, especially football forums are the best place to get all sorts of advice.

With that in mind I thought I would create a thread (@brb stickies this) where we can ask for any advice we may be needing

So to start us off I would like to know if a multifuel fire is worth getting over an electric or gas one?

I’m assuming you mean a multifuel stove? If so, Yes is the answer.

What about carbon monoxide risk and all the cleaning of chimney etc

We live in a smokeless fuel zone

PS the whole best place to get advice was firmly tongue in cheek <cheers>

You have to have a carbon monoxide alarm fitted as part of the registered installation.

Multifuel stoves only burn coke (smokeless coal) anyway, I don’t think there’s any restrictions on log burning is there?

Chimney cleaning is once a year and costs about 30 notes.

I found out that cars can be hard locked today, I didn’t even know it was a thing. Keys locked in boot, AA airbagged the door, button popped up, doors still completely locked. Mercedes man turned up an hour later and opened the car with a lock pick, then a computer wired into the engine.

We were gonna brick the window and it’d have done **** all <laugh>

Better than some, worse than others. Actually made a nice bit today as there was a big push for the Malaysian partner's financial year end. :emoticon-0148-yes:

Gas is better for hobs than electric, but an electric fan oven is better than a gas oven.
