I like the bit about us not talking about other clubs players. going to the press and mouthing off about corners being worth £10m is just unprofessional

Agreed about us talking of other's players.

I seen it on Sky Sports News and was pleased about the respect shown towards players, it shows we value players as human's, aswell as just footballers.

I've been unsure about Adam but if he's now one of ours then I welcome him and get behind him like the rest of the team. I hope he does well for us.

Kenny identified an area of weakness and strengthened it.We haven't had a player like Charlie Adam since Xabi Alonso left.I'm not saying that Charlie Adam will be as good as Xabi Alonso,I just feel he will fill that role.I reckon Kenny will fill other areas of weakness. However he won't as he said name names.

It is nice that we don't do our transfer business in public. We might not have much transfer news in the next couple of weeks but I feel that it is because the club are doing everything behind closed doors.

It's the way transfer business should be done in my opinion.

I definitely agree transfers should be done this way. One, fans don't become attached to a player prior to him being part of the team, only to be let down if we don't get him. Two, if you come in with two major targets and five others, but only get the five others , it will look like a failure if people know about the two major targets, whereas it looks like a success if they don't know who you were interested in. Keeps the fans optimistic. Ignorance is bliss and all that.

Glad he's on board. My opinion on Holloway is well and truely in place now.

Plays hard done by, but he's a moneygrabber. And a bloody annoying one.

He'll get more goals than Alonso. Good enough.
