Still think he is possibly the best signing ever by the club, in my time. When you consider what he cost, how many games he played, how long we had him for, his influence etc.
Always been one of my favourite players to turn out for City, solid and hard as a full back but also distinctly fair, and a great ambassador off the pitch. I´m sure whatever he turns his hand to next, he´ll make a success of. Good luck Adam.
One of the more unsung heroes to wear City colours. Never eye catching, but always efficiently effective. He and Mark Bowen are my two favourite full-backs of the last fifty years.
