JA you did boo Curbishley, particularly after Gritty was posted out. Lower league players in those days were rarely the answer. Those that got us up or stable came from within or the same league. Now days the same players can be found in lower leagues pushed down by foreign premier 'stars'.

The one thing I agreed with you was the predictability of subs, around 70 mins to change things. Clubs knew this and were ready for it. Chrissy is a bit like this. I said to my friend at Sheff U. 'We are on top now but lack bit. Kermorgant after 50 mins would help as they had made a sub or 2 before. Chrissy did it on 67 mins ans hey presto 2 goals. Think he should have done it earlier.

Phil Chapple is stll Chief Scout. I wonder if he had something to do with the new crop.

And Jeff Vere? hope that is correct. perhaps he did to. I don't think these guys miss much. It is just now we are better placed to chase their judgements. hence no point in trying to get them to sign all in Christendom.

One thing about our lot is they are what Curbs called Charlton players. Resolute and up for the clubs best interest. hey want to be here.

Shame Rommedahl et al failed in that area. Bent was used 4 5 1 as he was so effective. Mendonca had a partner who played deep. Not since David Whyte have we hada player of the targets shoulder moving around the place frightening defenders who have lost him. Now we have BWP.Apart from when Mendonca played of Leaburn ad showed us how good both could be with a decent mid field Then Leaburn lost faith and jmped ship to Wimbledon mid Season so we got Steve Jones from West Ham and Brighty to fill his Leaburn's boots:angel:

thanks 56 years for replying previous email are you trevor by the way?or one sat next to me on the right side of me?i will buy you a drink to apologise for those 3 half years if see you at the ground ive changed now ive had lot growing up to do over the summer,im 100 per cent committed to the club and management now things can only get better with this new board i know i did get on your nerves back then with my comments but i was only doing what i thourght was right back at the time.Gritty was one of my all time fav players always gave 100 per cent ,i think it took me at least a few seasons get used to curb to be honest ,i felt at the time both should have gone if a change had to be made,it was unfair on gritty taking the blame.Im going say this now curbishley grew on me and i think he was one of the best managers ever present the club

latest on book ,we got a isbn number changed photo which was bodged up ,instead of small now fits whole page, everything else seems ok.Were going send it to the club next to or three weeks time so should hopefully be in shop if get ok from all parties by end of november.Im selling at around £7 with a £1 going to the club with every copy sold ,so if i sell 2000 copies a 2 grand cheque will go straight back in to cafc so im putting something back into the club sorry for the delay on releasing the book but it had to be done correctly ,proof read which been done and put extra in up to sheff united game.Their are some lovely photos in the book which i hope everyone will enjoy having.

Actually just based on his views I doubt we will ever have him on the show, why lie about it when it's a fact and I'm sure others will understand why. Sorry JA, but that's how it is.

Bookshops usually want at least 50% cut of the sale price, so if you are selling for £7 the club shop would likely want £3.50, so you may have to put the price up, ie sell for £10 and you and the clubshop get £5 each, the plus side of this is it would mean the club via the club shop getting five times as much money, ie 10k if they all sell.

Are you scared of other people hearing his views, do you think people will agree with him and it will lead to the overthrow of the club, if yes then I think you overestimate AckAck's power, if not then why not have him on, a bit of controversy is good publicity, I bet if you told people AckAck was going to be on loads more would tune in, you should be more brave and less of a flannel chewer and let him on, I would definitely tune in to listen if you did, to whatever it is you are talking about.

Not going to happen. End of. If anyone disagrees with me then I'm sorry, but I'm not having this discussion here. There are reasons behind this. So let's not discuss this any further.

    Thank you
