Continuing their Academy profiles, the Club have published an interview with Steve Wigley (he's going to be one of our best signings of the season) - http://www.fulhamfc.com/Club/News/NewsArticles/2012/August/WigleysAim.aspx
Details of the Barclay's U21 League have been announced - http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2183247/Barclays-Premier-League-Under-21-competition-confirmed.html?ITO=1490&utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter Worth noting that not all have the 17 premiership clubs who applied for Category 1 Status have been given this accreditation (Newcastle for instance approved for Category 2) or still have to receive their status marking. In Fulham's League Group I believe 5 of the 7 have Cat 1 - Liverpool and Crystal Palace I'm not sure about. As I've said before this is terrific for the Club and now us fan's have at least a couple of 'derby's' to look forward to.
As mentioned in an earlier post, the Club will have 18 full time coaching staff looking after the various Academy age groups. These people come with different skill sets and in their latest article the Club have profiled Jefta Bresson (Skills Coach) - http://www.fulhamfc.com/Club/News/NewsArticles/2012/August/IntroducingJefta.aspx Also the Club have profiled 4 up and coming young Stars - Dan Burn, Jordan Evans, Derek Tieku and Charles Banya - http://www.fulhamfc.com/Club/News/NewsArticles/2012/August/BrightFutures.aspx
