I have just tried my BCTV account and although I know my subscription is still valid apparently BCFC don't, and trying to navigate the website is a nightmare. I tied to open a new account and just when I thought I had it made in the shade a series of totally dysfunctional verification pages appeared asking me to identify all the squares in the shot that showed cars and after that yet another series of pages asking identification of street signs. Considering the individual squares that make up the page are so small and blurry you are lucky enough to see anything yet alone cars and street signs. Who the hell is responsible for this website inefficiency and I hope they aren't paid for their services? Well if you know anyone down at Ashton Gate please tell them they have just lost a fare paying member of BCTV due to their total ineptitude. I have tried many time to use the site for purchases and finally gave up the ghost on getting success.
I have just sent customer services a scathing e- mail and I don't really expect a reply but at least I know I have vented, and that fells good. My chances of watching tomorrow's match look non-existent right now and so I wish everyone else following City an enjoyable experience - keep up the faith.
I love your optimism Ashton but nothing came of my complaint and therefore unable to watch/listen to the match today. I will certainly not renew my subscription and am left with the over-priced pay for view channels and there aren't many of them available out here in paradise.
