    Didn't he say he only wanted to go to another premiership club? Maybe he'll accept it might be time for him to lower his standards? Though he is still scoring at international level..

    With all these unproven youngsters going for silly money, you'd thought someone would spend £5million on Keane. He looks about 50 and seems to have been around forever but he is only 30.

    Well I bleeding hope someone does, cos at this rate Spurs'll not have any money to spend on anyone

    no-one seems to want PSB, Bentley or Jenas, and the club seems to want over the odds for Johnny 2 Saints, Niko and Wilson

    its an ever decreasing circle of time in the transfer window and it seems we'll end up short again!

    I'd like to know how (if rumours are true) Levy quaffed at the idea of £12m for Wilson from Napoli. And if so, what figure exactly was he thinking we'd get for him? Pffft!

    I don't think that they can be true, just like I don't think we're holding out for £13m for Niko. I know Levy likes to get as good a payday as possible, but these figuires are proper pie-in-the-sky.... unless we're not getting takers on other players we are looking to get shut of, and we want top dollar on those who are getting interest in order to fund our purchases???

    We've been here before, but in my view, Levy's insistence on holding out for top money for some of this dead wood is a strategy that could backfire on him, just as it seemed to do in January. Having said that, maybe he feels it's still early days. Again a dangerous strategy.

    It's stupid really.

    5 players (that we all want rid of) all on £50k a week for example are costing us £13m a season and they're not even playing - ergo we're getting nothing for our return and have all this clogging up our wage bill.

    Come on Levy - swallow your pride, take the hit on the '+/-' and get rid to start the ball rolling.
