Our captain today put in another solid shift. He may not bomb forward like some fullbacks but the lad grafts his balls off and never lets us down. Honestly struggle to understand why some fans get on his back so much. He’s one of the first names on the team sheet for me.

The lads class, as a FB its hard to be better than a 6/7 most games, its not a skillful position like a winger where you can try and beat your man all day with flicks and tricks, its not a hero role like a CF getting the goals and the one everyone looks to, not a creative type like CM's pinging balls around and making a team tick. Just graft, physicality, desire and fitness. Dummy is one of the best in the league for me and its telling that every team attack our right hand side instead of down his side.
