This Bridge deal won't be cheap Lee, I'd expect us to be paying a 6 zero sum for the loan deal as well as covering a sizeable amount in wages. I'll happily keep whatever money we have left over from the outgoings from the last 12 months until the summer. Much better value for money, less desperation so less getting caught with your pants down.

Just a daft thought, maybe MON does not want to spend but wait until summer, maybe he is looking at cementing what he has with experience, maybe you are adding 2 and 2 and coming up with 99, maybe you dont know, maybe you should trust MON. Like I say, just a thought.

Not sure about that mate, I reckon he is thinking that we should be okay this season so no need to rush into any deals at over inflated prices. Agree that the players we are looking at are a tad on the old side (they probably went to school with syd) but, for what 4 months I reckon they could be fine but only on loans.
Bridge in my opinion will be out to prove people wrong, as for the Greek lad (can't even say his name never mind spell it) he was half way decent at Liverpool so should be able to hold his own with us given our injury list now.
