i think my wfe would have something to say about that lol,having ran my own site for a few years hopefully it has givem me an objective view on peoples views.some sites i won't visit because there is too much mud slinging and in fighting with those supposedlyin the know. i have my contact at the club and usually he is bang on the money with his info as he trusts me to keep his identity incognito as i always have and will.an injury from my days playing rugby no longer allows my knees to jerk ,been there seeit got a wardrobe full of t-shirts.every time we have a bad result i look at the league were in now compared to when we were 24 hours from oblivion,that keps me objective,plus copious amounts of stella artois LOL

How can this be the best thread in ages when all he's said is the same as many others like you and me already. I mentioned arsenals start to the season last year and the fact that every club in every division will have a bad spell some time in every season. It could be at the start, middle or end. We should move on from all this talk now. If people want come on here and be negative then that's fine, it's why we have a domain in the 1st place, to say what we feel, whether it be positive or negative....

I actually don't mind people being negative provided it's reasoned. You need a flak jacket and helmet sometimes on this forum on a Saturday evening. I like reading well written posts. IMHO this is a great post. I know it's no different than anything we have already said, he just said it much better than I ever could
Good post ade but i like many fans do have expectations and rightly so. I don't see the point in bring in this division if we don't have any! I hope the players have expectations and Mark Hughes has already stated that he has some. My expectations were not to lose 5-0 at home against anybody!!
Hmmm Anybody see the Villa goal against Everton at the weekend, the ball swerved all over the place like Ronaldo had hit it - Egyptian midfielder that Villa bought during the summer scored. Also Shay Given made a complete howler for Everton's second goal, not sure if that was down to the ball or SG fluffling the save.... Stan
