I've sat back today and watched people let to let off steam after another very disappointing draw at Anfield. Throughout the various threads people have questioned and I'm not saying wrongly questioned, our manager, our team tactics, our first team coach and certain players. No one player is bigger than the club and no manager is bigger than the club. Performances at Anfield have been unacceptable and they need to improve fast. This season so far has been disappointing but we are still in both cups. Challenging for 4th is not something I want to bring up as It's not something I like to talk about. As a Liverpool supporter, we should be challenging for first or nothing in my opinion. I could talk all day about players, tactics, formations, coaches and transfers etc but it will only be talk. What we need to remember is that we are Liverpool FC and Liverpool FC fans together. We may not agree on tactics or a potential signing. We may not all think that the current staff or group of players are doing enough and we may be frustrated with performances. Lets stick together though, young and old, there is history at our club and it will never be forgotten as long as we keep it alive. Lets back the manager and players no matter how bad they play, lets sing and shout and get pissed off! There is good going on at the club, we are in a better position than we were under previous regimes and we are heading in the right direction. Give Kenny time, show patience and support our club. Let people show frustration without condemning them, we all get annoyed and why shouldn't we? One game at a time guys, lets move on and lets support the lads. YNWA
Nicely put Luv. We all support the same football club at the end of the day. We'll have some disappointing days (Like today) but we'll have some great days as well. I'm looking forward to it all.
Nice thread, we were not that bad yesterday, bloody Kuyt though, should have burried that header. Difficult team to beat Stoke. Onwards and upwards.
Well said. I think it's just frustration getting to people, thats all (myself included). We all know we are improving, and heading in the right direction, it's just a tad disappointing when we we keep dropping points at Anfield.
It's really frustrating and I don't want to make excuses for any members of the team, it is just not acceptable. Lets just keep the faith and shout them on in the next game.
