I'm suggesting, Yorkie, that you're fantasising if you think that we'll mentally collapse just because we lose away to you - if that were to happen. Given that we went away to both Villa and Reading and did both 3-0 on their own turfs, I think you might be fantasising about beating us too. But that's ok - many clubs can't see past the name - Wigan - and just think we're a gimme. We have a habit of sticking it right up clubs who think that way. And speaking of "up themselves", you could maybe do yourself a favour and take your head ever so gently out of your own arse. It's a bit of banter - nothing more.
Sad. Of course it must be me missing something. Think before you reply. It's pretty obvious really. You love your image of being the perennial underdog that always wins out at the end. Perhaps your players do too? With Wigan's proud tradition of rallying at the end of each season, do you really think that if they get hammered in a six-pointer that will not dent their confidence.? And again, please note the word "IF". Just remove that chip from your shoulder. Wigan may be one of the smaller teams in the PL but they are most neutral's favourite small team in the PL - me included. While we talk of fantasy, perhaps you can tell me when Wigan last won at Loftus Road even though for most of the seasons we've been in the same division, Wigan have usually been the bigger club. Incredible isn't it. A team that even Wigan fans feel they can look down on. It would be nice now if you answer some of the questions which upset you so much in the first place. Oh I forgot. it's only a bit of banter.
