Whatever happens this season the summer will provide us with a fresh start (hopefully). Redknapp will be gone regardless if he keeps us up. Players who are out of contract and will leave: Rio - good riddance SWP - good riddance Traore - a trier but error prone Hill - a club hero but unfortunately past it at this level. If we're relegated I'd be tempted to offer him a one year extension. Should anyway get a role within the club. Barton - can do a job but not nearly as good as he thinks himself. Big wages off the books who can be used towards two new players. Easy choice. Dunne - should only be kept if relegated on a one year deal. Zamora - big wages, can't complete 90 minutes. No brainer I'm afraid, has to go. Karl Henry - Not sure if he has one year left or if it's up this summer. Either way it's a 50/50 for me to keep or not. Murphy - Perfectly ok as a third choice, but his place might as well be given to a youth keeper on less wages. Loan players: Isla Vargas Zarate Of those three it's only Isla I would want to retain. Retaining our Prem status goes without saying in making that happen. Fer is a sellable asset who would bring in cash for strengthening the team. Though I would like to see him in a side that didn't struggle as badly as we do, think he would do very well playing for a side with confidence. That is approximately ten players, ten players on massive wages. It gives us a unique oppurtunity to build something new and exciting with young hungry players and a new manager with modern and fresh ideas. Whatever divison we find ourself in that is something to look forward to with excitement imo. Have I forgotten someone? Thoughts?

No need to get in new players at all IMO Time to get a new direction these players are excellent and must be given a full chance under a decent manager l
