Oh aye, yeah Anfield on my must do list before I die <doh> That whole paragraph about not wanting to go as a tourist is complete and utter bollox. Now I can't remember the point of the article!

Essentially "Newcastle are **** and Ashley's a ****". Hard to argue really.

Good article that reflects what some of the support is thinking, ie that maybe relegation and the loss of TV revenue and his free SD advertising machine, might just get rid of this parasite.
Then it got me to thinking about this whole Ashley strategy and l realized that although the money side appears to be working, the rest of this wondrous strategy is not.
Mid table safety is what they wanted, a tenth place target, but that's not going to be achieved, not by a long shot. So in fact Ashley and Co have not delivered on their own business development plan. They have failed miserably and we will pay the price for it.
Will we go down, probably not, but if by staying up by the skin of our teeth, we simply encourage more of the same arrogant alienation from our owner. I for one hope we go down and jettison this disease. It's infected our club to the bones and here's hoping it does not spread any further.

I don't reckon he'll go. I think he'll just start the same process all over again. Hence I am now swapping Newcastle for the golf course, forever <laugh> I get free food and booze too so that tells you where I'm at.

No he doesn't work Sundays. He keeps my clubs clean though, gives the shank a good wipe and polishes my balls...

What pass times will everyone else be taking up now Newcastle United has been destroyed and ended as a source of any enjoyment?

Nut brown eh GLITF, nice. One the neighbours has upset all the neighbours by painting his trellis fence bright red and yellow. I don't know what the daft get was thinking as it looks utter gash, but its been amusing listening to all the moaning. I heard one of the old dears describe it as "an abomination" <laugh> Bit strong, its only a fence.

Head for Scotland ACS. I went fishing up Loch Linnhe near Fort William, great fishing, beautiful part of the world. The drive up there unbelievable. I'm no great fisherman mind so I can't give any advice on that front!

I'll watch a load of cricket too, lets hope the Ashes can bring some summer interest. Love the F1 too.

Being in need of some peace and rest I've decided to keep going to SJP, where better to get that feel of a library with a little nap when you want. Personally I think selfish away fans should be banned for making unwelcome noise, and keeping me awake.

    Decent article.
