    A lifelong Toon supporting friend said a disturbing thing to me at the weekend... That he would happily see us getting relegated this season if it forced Ashley out.

    I personally disagree with him totally as I put the club before all else... (as well as seeing the financial implications of another relegation).

    Has it got that bad that some people think like this?

    That is possibly the stupidest thing ever. When we got relegated, Ashley poured money into the club to get it back, so i imagine he'd probably do that. There'd be no point going down again just to increase debt massively and probably make him stay here longer...<doh>

    In answer, it hasn't got that bad for me!

    I can't for the life of me understand the people who want the club to lose rather than win if it means Ashley leaving (not that theres any logic to why he would leave then)...because if the club does instead win, that means we're in good shape and should be happy!

    Stupid thing to say, simple fact of life is we got relegated and no one wanted the club, same would happen again.

    Terrible idea! I prefer the thought of the club doing well and the Ashley haters learning to live with him as the owner.

    Wouldn't that be better?

    couldn't agree with this at all we've had worse owners than this fat ****er (believe it or not) and never once did I want us to do **** or get relegated.... silly thing to say

    He is an oddball. He chucked his ST and will never go back until Ashley goes. He wont even buy a top. His strangest theory was that dodi was getting blown off by diana when the car crashed... He really believes this mad **** too which is scary..
