Can't see us catching Derby now, 5 points behind and only 6 left to play for. I'd take Brighton in either the semi or final after what I saw of them last night.
Shame we are unlikely to finish third. A Sunday 5.15 kick-off for the second leg would have made for an amazing atmosphere.
Absolutely. You would of thought both 3rd and 4th could have been given weekend fixtures for their home legs.
Looks like Ipswich are about to be eliminated so its Brighton, reading or forest with forest v Brighton on the last day. Forest could go in a few hours time.
I'd rather Brighton get in so I want forest to lose, have nothing to play for so Brighton will beat them and get in ahead of reading.
We've got either promotion or Redknapp leaving, its a win win or a lose lose if you think of us either keeping Redknapp or not going up.
I don't know about that. They have Burnley last game and after watching and hearing Sean Dyche this morning he said Burnley will be full strength and he's determined to win that game...and he's a guy I believe. A draw may not be enough to even keep them in the playoffs. Wigan (the team so many wanted to avoid) are suddenly the big wobblers. Two away games left but one against Birmingham who are without a home league win in 17 games now...but still with something to play for. Brighton I fancy to beat a deflated Forest last game...but could just as easily lose that. All still very interesting as not only do we not know which of 3 teams we'll play, but which of the 3 will miss out completely.
I'm worried about Wigan because of their cheating, they do I've their way to another penalty where there was no contact, the fakes cheat also, constantly trying to get our players sent off. We've ending up with 10 men 4 or 5 times out of the last 6 against them but still usually get a result.
Especially that Pogrebnyak. Always seems to fool the ref! As for the home 2nd leg on the Monday night - that is perfect surely for LR - under the lights is always the best atmospheres.
I remember the last playoff game at Loftus Rd. Amazing atmosphere - possibly one of the best. I do also remember two Rangers fans having a fight and tumbling down the stairs which was a bit bizarre!
Maloney was up to his cheating tricks again yesterday. I can't believe the ref gave it. I'm so glad Waghorn missed it.
Everyone knows it but the refs, I guarantee one if those teams will get a goal or opposition player sent off through cheating in the playoffs.
