been round the block a few times so I have learned a few things, hope they may help. First the words ****, twat, ****, arsehole, dickhead and many more are well known by many, at times are useful but rarley solve a problem. Second, to use those words when a fellow Sunderland fan disagrees seems sad. We are all a little unhappy today but I hope tomorrow we will still all be mates.
Bad times mate, Bruce has breasts, the bad kind. Let's just get the season over and done with, call it a wash and see where we go form there.
I agree mate i just wish we were safe but we are not its going to be a close one. Im just not sure anymore if SB is the right man for the job.
Can you guys imagine if you didn't win last week? I'd be able to smell the poo in the pants from here.
You can smell something coming from us and it smells disgusting to you mackems? That's probably the soap.
Seem to remember Swanseamackem getting called a few names in the week for having the nerve to say that we're still not safe. Still got to play West Ham and Wolves. Anyone confident - and I mean confident, not glass half full - that we'll not lose to them both?
That's why I always see bubbles coming out of car exhausts when I visit Newcastle. It's the shower gel. Mags have never seen it before and think it's engine oil.
Not going to knock anyone but today was a sad day for SAFC, FFS, FFS, FS, sick as ****, but i'm not going to shout for SB's head we are safe, wait till summer with a clean slate then criticise.
left this site well alone last night, and read the threads today, and trying to digest them, so far all i can say is unbelieveable, ok the die hards like billo, i expect him to call for bruce out, as he is adamant about that, but i'm shocked how many have now agreed with this. we were shown up by fulham, they beat a team bruce put out, the same team most were hoping could get a result, sess this, sess that etc. bruce had no choice to field that team, and was let down by lack of skill and ability, he has stated he is going to rectify this in the summer. so bruce out? no, but several of the players out, and you all know the one's i mean..
Well Muntari had a chance today mate, in his best role, star man and he blew it big time. Not alone but no way should we think of buying him. The team that started is the team I wanted so I cant call Bruce, second half it was the team who failed, IMO, not Bruce,
bruce had his hands tied, what team was he supposed to put out???????? for anyone calling for bruce's head on the back of yesterdays result, please explain what he should have done differently...
It’s not just about yesterday Commachio, and the fans are not held accountable for the team’s performance the manager is........ fans can pontificate until the world ends about who should have been played or why we have so many injuries or how we should have signed or why we "let" this player or that player leave, or what is the best position to play a player in............ none of this counts........... the only thing that does count is how/what the manager choses to do........ At the end of the day you do not need to be a mechanic to know your car is ****ed and you certianly do have to know how to fix it...........you pay some ****er to do that for you
Said all along there's no point getting rid of Bruce now it'll do more harm than good but, if he doesn't go in the Summer then it'll be more of the same next season a few good results followed by another dip in form and the threat of relegation. Fulham had won one game away this season so I was very optimistic about getting at least a point and that would have done for many as we all thought Fulham would be a hard game. Just heard SB on MOTD and he said the defending is terrible he got that wrong the defending was none existent, Turner has got the turning circle of a tower block not sure if he's 100% mind. As for the rest too many not giving a toss about the shirt and club and many looked happy just to pick up their pay checks and just wait for the final whistle to go on another crap season for SAFC. His decisions during this and last the main one not replacing players like for like have been poor, his tactics during the season have ranged from the brilliant against the top clubs to the haven't got a clue against the rest. As safc73 said we all know the car is fooked but, fixing it is a different matter Bruce can change a wheel but has no idea how to fix the engine.
Commachio, as you said,a die hard, I still feel the same about Bruce, as I have all along, yesterdays result only compounds things for me, as I said, I am not a lover of bruce or his tactics, not that I have witnessed any of the said tactics, but for those folk who would like to see Bruce at the helm next season fine, thats your preferrence and your right of choice, by the same reasoning, I and like minded people have the same choices as yourselves, so mutual respect is the order of the day I think, as Syd so rightly says, all the swearwords in the world wont fix our broken team. so my annual ritual continues, roll on next season, at least Ive got Formula 1 and Cricket to look forward to.
I don't think that giving Bruce the lead tablet now would leave us in any worse position............ he does not seem to be able to motivate the players............ someone mentioned on here yesterday that the performance against Fulham was akin to those served up for us by Sargent Bilko............**** man that’s bad……….I don’t know because I’m not there but from what I can see and read I think he has lost the respect of the players…….
