Thought I'd open a thread for this so that it doesn't get lost on the predictions thread. Brian - who we knew on here as Brian_66_usa will have his ashes laid to rest on October 29th at 11 AM. We are fortunate to have got to know his son - SimonWFCDean on our forum and he will be at the pub called The Three Horseshoes in Norton Road, Letchworth from about midday on the 29th. For many of us located abroad (and suffering from travel restrictions) it will not be possible to attend in person, though I will be raising a glass to Brian here. I am sure that Simon would welcome any of us who live locally who have the time for this. At any rate the rest of us will be on here remembering Brian.
Let us all raise a virtual glass to Brian next Thursday. He was an asset to this little community.... Always so positive, friendly to all and upbeat....
Yes, RIP Brian. We have missed you as much as we miss so many departed friends that we have made over the years. I hope that it was a good day if tinged with sadness. My glass is raised to you.
