AG made one for FR 3.5, so I thought I'd make a thread for GP2 :)

Started two weeks ago in Malaysia, Race 1:

    Pole - Stefano Coletti
    1st - Fabio Leimer
    2nd - James Calado
    3rd - Stefano Coletti

    Race 2:

    1st - Stefano Coletti
    2nd - Felipe Nasr
    3rd - Mitch Evans <diva>

Next race is in Bahrain <ok>

Any opinions on the eventual outcome?

Mitch Evans, youngest ever GP2 podium finisher :emoticon-0115-inlov

Seriously though, I think it's perhaps too early to call, but if forced my guesstimate of a podium of usual suspects later down the road would consist of Coletti, Calado and Nasr.

I liked Mitch Evans until his behaviour and the way he raced in the final race of last year's GP3 season, seriously threw a childlike tantrum. My bet for the title would definitely be Calado or Nasr although I am more excited about the drivers in FR 3.5 like Da Costa, Magnussen and Vandoorne.

    Remind you of anyone? ;)

Yeah he drove fast in that race but also like an absolute idiot, pretty consistent with someone desperate to win a championship, but his driving when weaving across the track like that when rejoining after running off the road was appalling. Still, he is fast, and I haven't seen any other behaviour like that from him. Probably just a championship thing, although Abt wasn't driving like that and he was under more pressure. I'm amazed though at the difference between them in GP2 when they were so close last year.

After watching the first race, I expect Leimer to be up there with Nasr, Colleti and Calado. Great job keeping the tyres going, shame they went a lap too long. Colleti might stuggle with his tyre wear this year. But it's looking good for this year, hope to see more of these!

I've seen 'that' Mitch Evans race from 2012, and I don't think I've seen someone act so stupid over the course of a race. First waving his arms at someone for doing nothing wrong, and then moving more than once after cutting a chicane twice in a row. He's fast, but he's not ready, needs to grow up. Abt deserved the championship after that race

I'd actually say da Costa deserved the win in GP3 last season, but because of race 1 when he retired not by his fault it all went to ****!
And I really hope the GP2 drivers get better this year. None of them from last year were good enough..

    Who saw the race?

Frijns is such a dick. When someone tries to pass him he drives into them.

Frijns though a great prospect for F1, his attitude stinks and a real carbon copy of an old Schumacher. Don't think he would last long against some of the big players in F1 if he pissed them off.
