Good news as one of the youngest Gills sites around with probably only one site I know of younger. We have now reached 200 registered members. A lot of hard work has gone in to achieve that milestone and none more so than by the members themselves with their contributions. We have to remember when a lot of us moved from the old BBC606 site to not606, there was already many other well established sites to choose from but we wanted to offer something different. Where freedom of opinion could be allowed to be expressed but without the usual abuse that follows such a formula on many tried and tested sites in general. A difficult ask and no mean feat but thanks to all of our contributors an aim well achieved. Please also do not forget to follow and retweet our twitter page which has now reached 132 followers: https://twitter.com/not606GFC/followers
Much praise must go to you. I'm sure many thanks will follow. A very good prediction league, very well managed. A perfect moderator and well respected. no FXXX that where's the beer!!! lol!!
Well done brb, you have worked really hard and have always looked after this board. I think everyone should be proud as we have made sure the board has always been active because if you look at many lower league boards they are poor, they either have a few members or none. It makes you proud that you are a Gills fan because not many lower league clubs have this many members on a forum but we do. Keep the hard work up brb, hopefully this can increase even more.
Well done guys What makes me proud of the Gills online presence is the fact we have 4 or 5 active but very different and always highly entertaining sites from where to get our gills 'fix'. Most clubs only have the one and if you don't like it, tough. This site is always entertaining, informative, funny, emotive etc etc. But I mainly like it because it is well run and it is somewhere where you won't get abused for your views which is always a good thing. There is a good exchange of views and open debate and this is down to the moderators and the membership itself. Keep it up brb. Top job.
I am a great supporter of the Noircat Leagues that had to relocate to Gillinghamfcforum site and will always support it. This site must be congratulated as a good alternative which I have also enjoyed. Thanks to all involved.
Living 2,000 miles away at the other end of the Med, I appreciate my own team of not 606 correspondents posting up to date info and informed opinions on the Gills, rather than having to make do with two column inches in the Sunday Mirror and relying on the Kent on Line 'characters' ! Keep up the good work guys! Long may it continue.
