100% Lots of us say every year that we're happy to accept £10-£20m for our best players, and then wonder why we struggle to get results after selling them. We rarely use that money to strengthen the squad effectively so unless we have a cheaper like-for-like replacement we shouldn't be selling...

Nope, team selection easy - pick the players that are performing best for the team at the time and avoid trying to 'accommodate' players. Then its down to the other players to work their butt off to DESERVE a place in the starting line-up
