I'm not saying we should get rid of the manager, but with that kind i've record - 1 win in 11 games, some clubs would get shot of the manager by now. But even if we did, who is out there that could turn things around for us.

I might be the only one who think Grabban is so lazy, Jerome brings a lot to the team. Jerome chase everything & make things happen, the play-off final proves that.
