As much as I love Ralph and really rate him as a manager, I find myself getting frustrated with his insistence of using this 4222. I'm no tactical expert, but the two in midfield just doesn't seem to cover enough ground and as soon as anybody bypasses the press everybody is out of position...

Is it bad that most of my frustration is at Nathan Redmond today? He looks like such a one trick pony.. what is the point in beating your man if you cant do anything with the ball afterwards?

I am tempted to agree.. and I can understand the reasoning on all of the above, except for perhaps Juanmi. A bit harsh to dispose just yet, he was always seen as one for the future wasnt he?
