    Exiled Robin?

Evening chaps! Thank you for your kind words!! I must admit I partially don't have time, partially forget about this site, tend to promote my blog posts on OTiB and Twitter. All my latest work is still at www.exiledrobin.blogspot.com, including my latest piece on why I believe Steve Cotterill...

EXCLUSIVE Lee Johnson interview: "I'd love to manage City"

For this week's Inside Line on Oldham I've interviewed ex-City player Lee Johnson, now manager at the Latics. In this exclusive interview he revealed a little about his time at Ashton Gate and how he dealt with the stick he got whilst here, as well as talking extensively of his love for the...

Questions for the Bristol City Board on U-turns & taking responsibility

I've sat on this and thought about this, a lot. I've questioned myself and interrogated everything that's been published and recorded but can't seem to get to the bottom of many, many aspects of the decisions that have been made by City in the past month. So here is my view, and my...

NEW BLOG POST: The Inside Line on Sheffield United

"We stumbled into the play offs, like a teenager let loose on the Jagerbombs for the first time, crowning it with a second leg performance at Yeovil which was the equivalent of throwing up on your girlfriend's parents' front doorstep." A fantastic analogy, and there's plenty more where that...

Gillett, the best a manager can get? Get the lowdown on our new loan signing

A couple of months ago one Nottingham Forest fan said to me on Twitter something along the lines of "I imagine you’ll sign Simon Gillett, he fits perfectly into a Sean O’Driscoll team and system and would be the glue to help it all stick together” Well, now the glue has arrived...

NEW BLOGPOST: The Inside Line on Carlisle United

STOP! Don't click away!!! I know some of you read these religiously but others probably think "ah no, I can't be arsed with the opposition view again, I want to spend more time arguing with my fellow supporters about things we argue about every week". Yeah?!? Well this week's preview is...

NEW BLOG POST: Rallying Call & The Inside Line on Colchester

Thanks all! Redprintt, SOD says similar each week, without the hype perhaps, but gets slated for being negative/blaming fans etc. with some, the bloke can't win

The Inside Line: Saints v Bristol City

Fontaine has lost a lot of confidence since that moment (when ironically, many didn't want us to sell) and it was a good move for all when he left on loan. Had become the scapegoat for the lack of clean sheets, and was even disgracefully booed onto the pitch as a substitute earlier this season...

NEW BLOG POST: Rallying Call & The Inside Line on Colchester

This week's Inside Line is now up, featuring a look at Colchester United, who I'm guessing many of us don't know much about? I also issue a rallying call to the fans to make this Saturday THE match where we record that elusive first league win, and ease the pressure on the whole club. Let's...

The Inside Line: Saints v Bristol City

Thanks all! Sold around 500 tickets so far, would guess it might make 800-1000 on the night. We took 2,500 to Swindon Saturday, I think that's had negative effect on possible following, unfortunately, being so close together.
