    Just watched it on MoTD. Even as a Pompey fan, I have to admit that was a great result; good to see the big-money clubs taken down a peg. Always thought a EPL with all the South Coast clubs would be a better one with the likes of Saints, Brighton, Pompey and Reading.

    As a Portsmouth fan I always found it hard to dislike Adkins. No idea why he was sacked tbh, the only think shifty about Saints this season was their defence, and you look to be fixing that in recent games. 2-2 with Chelsea away; I don't understand it. Just my two pence.
