Match Day Thread Blackpool v Hull City

I agree. In recent games the gap between defence and midfield has been too wide causing the defence to play long balls often resulting in a misplaced passes. I thought Seri played the DMF role brilliantly, making himself available and finding the best possible pass. A player like that doesn't...

Transfer Rumours Summer Transfer Thread 21/22

It would be nice as a third strip with amber shorts. Keep stripes for the home kit, I'm not a fan of alternating it every year.

    Our first ever kit...

I think it was suggested that it was a Hull Town top before 1904. It was a colour photo of a black and amber hooped top.

    Our first ever kit...

I remember seeing a photo of a shirt someone had found in their attic in Hull a few years a go. I'm sure it was on here or maybe BBC606. It was black and amber hoops and it was suggested that it was probably used before 1904. Anyone have any details on this?

Impressed with Sagbo, Huddlestone and McGregor. Chelsea were outstanding! I was surprised to see Boyd...

Allams confirm change to Hull Tigers - via HDM

If we were re-branded to something like Kingston upon Hull I wouldn't have minded too much. But to have a scary animal as part of our official name is cringy marketing to say the least. Who knows next year we might be called the Cash Converter Tigers.

    Birmingham City

I traveled up from Oxford to see the friendly. Overall it was an ok performance, some good passing but little service for the strikers. Danny Graham didn't have much service in the 1st half. Proschwitz in the 2nd worked hard off the ball and had a decent shot saved. Cairney played well. I hope...
