So do 72 football clubs! When a club finds one that improves the club they are tempted away by bigger money from bigger clubs. We moan about our best players tempted away or going on strike to make a move away but how many of our best backroom staff have been poached? It's not a level playing field.

The BBC uses VPN blockers, they detect vpn to block access, it can be got round but you would need a very good paid for vpn and change your settings frequently to get round its a lot of faff.
