Swan was in goal when the fifth goal was scored. City did really well to get back in the game considering, and I don’t remember him making any saves. It was August and Appleton had just come back, we didn’t win a game until about November!

I was at this game, Hesford was crap but injured his back in the first half which may excuse him for barely moving, and Peter Swan played in goal for the whole of second half!

We've had confirmation that the Barry deal was the issue for the transfer embargo and restriction. Nothing else has been confirmed relating to other football creditors, just speculation

Think someone mentioned money was still owed from January transfer window, and so I think people believed that could be Blackpool. However, if they were still owed money then the original transfer embargo would be still in place, so that doesn't tally up for me. It could be true that other...

City had outstanding debt to a football creditor, Villa, so had transfer embargo placed. They've now settled with Villa so embargo lifted. But also, City missed 30 day deadline for payment (to Villa) so have had 3 window restriction placed. Acun and Villa owner apparently have close relationship...

Oh well, at least we can look forward to a traditional boxing day fixture - the Embargo Derby!

The 'populists' (also sometimes referred to as right-wing/brexit thicko's) have been let out to vote again! Why cant they just stick to their day jobs of building, lifting and mending and leave the voting to the clever people. The clever people know what they're doing!
