    Please, Martinez, stay with Wigan!

He's barely made the squad his own and that's why managers need time to change things around, especially if you're changing the whole club philosophy, as Roberto had to do when dealing with what Bruce had left. He's been promised transfer funds and most of our squad are on long term deals now...

Can't your chairman keep his fat mouth shut?

Dave Whelan is clearly the best chairman in the league and here's why; 1. He's the only chairman who knows football as a player at the top level, yes it was 50 years ago, but how many other chairmen have even played semipro football. 2. He is willing to give managers enough time to mould the...

    Abortion

I'll bypass all the nonsense written on this article (it seems to have been invaded by 5 years olds) to ask a serious question, what is wrong with abortion, especially when it seems to be the only way to prevent a woman from ruining her future and the life of someone yet to be born, as long as...

What is the Worst Away ground you have been to?

Our new ground, the DW (formally known as the JJB <doh>) is pretty much a modern identikit stadium of its size, around 25,000 capacity with good views for all, we always give a whole stand to the away fans though, so theoretically they get 5,000 seats, yet hardly any teams ever sell out, which...

The EPL, its not big enough for the both of us.

There is nothing wrong with either word, but to use either for no valid reason, as you clearly did, blatantly smacks of repression <doh>

The EPL, its not big enough for the both of us.

Quite a decent post if you ask me, on a side note, I've always found that people who use the word 'gay' for no real reason are the most repressed homosexuals around, were you touched by a priest when you were a child, or did you simply enjoy the school showers a bit too much?

    Staying up

Wigan is a sporting town that more than matches any other in Britain, the thing with football though, is that up until very recently most football fans have supported Utd, City, Liverpool, Everton and even a few others too, with many thousand season ticket holders of those clubs leaving the town...

What is the Worst Away ground you have been to?

Wigan Athletics old ground Springfield Park was an utter **** hole, even in this great pic from 1990 you can see what a dump it was, that's me in the paisley shirt BTW, so I'm speaking as a home fan, but having travelled to a lot of lower league grounds in the 80s-90s, ours was easily the worst.
