True, but you do still need to be interfering with an opponent or gaining an advantage by standing there, not one player was interfering with Hart's view.

None of them were actually in front of Hart, not one of the three players blocked Hart's view or impeded him so they did not interfere with play which is obviously why Hart didn't appeal immediately neither, the goal should of definitely stood.

£31 million for Willian was over the top, good player but not worth anywhere near that, van Ginkel could well of been your best buy once he settled in my opinion, he's a very promising player, shame he went out for the season.
