No problem with tipping to match food quality and for good service, but I always check with the waiter/waitress that they receive the tip or at least a shareout. (with the kitchen staff etc.) Too many places the boss/manager's/company keep the tip or an "admin share" which is why I check first...

Agree a bonus of £20k per point in any games he (Remy) plays a part in on top of his basic. If he only scores 5 and we go down well at least we tried something, if he keeps us in the top flight the bonus is for nothing.

Why would Cabs. go in the run up to The World Cup? He knows how good the five are that we signed last January and he is bright enough to see how long it took them to gel. If he moves to a "good" club he could experience that himself, if he goes to a "top" club he may not get enough playing...
