I feel like Sky initially ran with that as a talking point because their research started and ended with team sheet, and they didn’t know that was something we regularly did. A broken clock is right twice a day kind of thing.

I’m pretty sure there’s not a single Leeds fan that’s has watched us 25 times this season. They probably haven’t even watched their own team that many times. The moaning on here is ridiculous.

I don’t think we would have been able to sign him if it wasn’t for his troubles. When he’s firing he’s great, but we got him because others don’t want to touch him for the other stuff.

I think the club was expecting him to be our player come the end of the season. It would be less baffling if conversations had been had to that effect.

Delap got injured after Sharp was brought in. Delap is/was clearly a player we felt had a permanent future at City.

Start-ups rarely make a profit, and it can often take several years. You might have a good year, but you’re still building towards something, and it takes time. I get the same feeling with city and how Acun and Liam are working. We’ve performed above expectations, but it’s still a long-term...

Yeah, his signing was some good business. He’s a very talented player, who will undoubtedly do very well. We’re just going to get to see the rough and raw version of him, I feel.

He needs to pass more, in my opinion. KLP and Bowen were both great at getting others involved. At the moment, Jaden not so much.

I’d like to see things shaken up with players coming in that will be part of the team next year, as I think that might give us the kick needed to end strongly, but I’m not sure who that would even be. The attack built in January doesn’t look like it’s going to click and feels a little pointless...

He’s a manager in an upward trajectory that is going to grow and learn as he gets more experience as a manager. A club with our budget would struggle to replace him with someone that isn’t a journeyman or a has been.

Pretty sure Giles is a given and it was a way of avoiding FFP? I could be wrong though.
