    I think it was Bardsley,s attitude to being bollocked by PDC. PDC did say that when he spoke to the player the player looked up to the sky and whistled!!!

    He was the greatest centre forward I have seen play for Sunderland.I always remember his return to playing after his injury which was against Halifax Town Reserves which attracted A 10000 crowd.I think he scored 5 goals that game.Sadly he had to pack it in after a few games in the first team...
