    Reasons why Sunderland.....

Same here mate, my family all used to live right next to where the SOL is now. My great grandad own a fruit and veg shop there. My grandad built ships there. You can take the boy out of the north east, but you can't take the north east out of the boy.

Most of the grid are ex F1 but actually I think the best driver is a British guy called Sam Bird who has never driven in F1, he could win the championship this year. I sorted of got headhunted for the job, it was someone who knew me that made the introduction, originally it was only to do 1...

We're smaller than F1 but our event is actually more difficult to put on. The reason is most of our races are in the middle of city centres on street temporary street circuits. F1 is mostly at existing circuits so you turn up and they have infrastructure. Power, internet, toilets, water...

Match Day Thread Sunderland v Portsmouth - Checkatrade Trophy Final

Just managed to secure myself a couple of tickets for me and the Mrs so will be there on Sunday. Really looking forward to it. I think we will do it as the fans are going to be like the 12th man. Haway the lads....

Did not realise you were such a big fan mate. I currently work for FIA Formula E as a consultant, one of my team has just moved back to F1 so I can probably sort you out tickets to just about any race that's not Silverstone (the demand is massive for that). I might be going to work for F1 myself...

What do you want to use it for? Any supplement is just that, it supplements your diet. If your diet is good and you are getting the correct amount of protein your body can't absorb anymore so it's just an expensive milkshake. My advice would be to get your diet right first then add a supplement...

Good result, stats are hilarious, then again the only thing that counts is sticking it in the onion bag.

I've been married for 3 year now, before I met the Mrs I was playing in a band, then DJ'ing and traveling all over the place. I had a lot of fun. I agree with what someone said earlier, Some of the best looking girls are great to look at but boring as ****. If you get the best of both worlds...

It was definitely ligaments the 2nd time, he did them at Villa away and it happened right in front of me as I was at the game, just not sure if the first one was the same thing.

    Rodwell

Someone needs to sit him down and say 2 things to him. 1. if you do **** all then once your contact runs out you will get nothing like 60k a week and will be lucky to be playing in league 1 2. How do you want to be remembered? at the moment you will be remembered as a lazy twat who flushed his...

did'nt Meyler have the same injury twice and he is still playing now after a couple of year out? I wish the lad all the best, on the positive side for him he does have a 1t class economics degree.

    Coleman our new manager

To be fair we played some good football against Villa. The 2 young lads in midfield were always trying to be available and were not afraid to receive the ball in difficult positions. We did look low on confidence though, especially after the first goal went in, but to come back from 2 down and...

Match Day Thread Burton Albion v Sunderland - Saturday 25th November - KO 15:00

I am going on Sat, a mate has got me some corporate tickets. I went to Villa on Tuesday, to be honest we were the better side and were a bit unlucky. I think we can win this game but all the players need to turn up. We played some good football at times on Tuesday but there is a distinct lack...
