Hi mate.

To add a picture to your post, simply click on the the icon that looks like a picture with a tree in it- next to the film strip icon on the posting toolbar.

Then find a picture you like - if its from google make sure you click to make it 'full size'. Then copy the link and put it into the box that pops up when you click the picture icon mentioned above.
