Arsenal wouldn’t offer to lose anyone they value simple as. If for example, it was Saka on the cards I’d go for that or even Smith-Rowe although that’d take more cash on top.

If Everton take Perez they have learned nothing! He just isn’t of the level that Everton and ourselves aspire to, nothing against him, he works hard and seems honest but Newcastle was his level really.

Re the stadium, I’ve not got an issue with the COVID side as a lot I think is down to personal sense. Being under 30 and doubled jabbed by August helps I guess. I imagine it’ll still be packed out. I’d like to get down more but as I used to work at the stadium on a match day, and before that...

Daka seems to have the higher ceiling. He’s had a similar record in Austria to Haland which is an excellent sign! He’ll probably need some settling in but hey, he may do a Little Wes and hit the ground running.

At least being a facial injury he’ll be able to rest/holiday then be available for pre season with all the fitness and conditioning as well as tactics. Maybe won’t be able to play games so a bit of match fitness lacking. Have to see when he is expected back.

Just seems to be fan chatter from Liverpool and Man Utd re Tielemans and Ndidi rather than any solid links. Agree though that it’d be reassuring to see one or two over the line on the incoming side of things.

Wouldn’t want Walcott, Tarkowski and Bertrand as experienced heads would be good though...basically replace Fuchs and Morgan.

I’m not sure qualifying for the CL this season would make much of a difference to whether someone like Tielemans stays or goes. We saw that when Kante went after winning the league rather than sticking round. Maybe consistently qualifying for Europa will change that. Tbf we have massively...

Even being quite a critic of Rodgers previously I’ve been feeling quite chilled about missing top 4, the cup meant a lot more. For me injuries have crippled us both last and this season. This is the biggest thing for me, they need to investigate behind the scenes and become strong in this area...

Season ended as it has gone all through, stuffed up by an injury that affected the whole side (with Ndidi having to move and losing him in midfield). I saw yesterday that only Schmeichel and Tielemans have played over 30 of the league games which tells its own story.... Really frustrating though...
