Best City games of the past decade

I'm working on a one-off fanzine to mark ten years since our back-to-back promotions to the Championship. As part of that, I'm looking to highlight the best 10 games of the past decade, and I'd like to get more of a consensus from you guys, rather than just publishing my own favourites. So...

    New Hull City fanzine

<laugh> I should have stuck an "other" box on there too. Those aren't the only names we're looking at, it's more of a process of elimination. Based on the response so far, "The Circle" is pretty much out. "Roar" is an alternative possibility. We're not really looking for profit...

One and only bump I promise. Thanks for the responses so far!

    New Hull City fanzine

Since we've been without one for a good few years now, I'm looking at publishing a new City fanzine. I'm doing a little market research to find out what would serve everyone best. It's been a long time since I've posted on these boards but I'd really appreciate if you could take 2 minutes of...

    Non-City Transfers Rumours - Summer 2014

More than likely just the Mirror putting two and two together and coming up with twelve. Jelavic, Long, Sagbo, Fryatt, Aluko... for once, strikers aren't our main concern. I wouldn't want an ego like his at the club.

England World Cup squad: Who would you take?

I probably wouldn't take a third of the players that Roy will. I'd be bringing in a whole new generation that could play together for the next few tournaments. Glen Johnson's cack. Glad that Roy's seen sense and left Cole out. I was expecting Lampard, Gerrard, Cole, Milner, Scholes, Beckham...

    Luke Shaw

It's not just a transfer fee, it's an investment. He could be Utd's left back for the next 15 years. Works out at £1.8m per season. Chances are it'll work out cheaper than buying multiple left backs over that time.

    No Quicky for Nicky

<laugh> I got one of those "we miss you" emails the other day - first time I checked on here in months and I just happened upon it. It's the truth, I swear :bandit:

    Hobbs on his way back

I thought that - I'm pretty sure he penned a one-year loan deal on top of a 2-year pre-contract with Forest. Having said that, that deal sounded very unusual - if there was no option to recall him, why didn't we sell him permanently in the first place? Also, how much could we really get for...

    Livermore buys house in Willerby

Bit of an unusual one if you're right. Surely they'd still accept the clause - only the player would care what division we're in.

    Livermore buys house in Willerby

Don't we have a permanent clause in there somewhere? £3.5m I think? It shouldn't take much agreeing if that's the case.

    Livermore buys house in Willerby

I have it on good authority that Jake Livermore has just bought himself a house in the Willerby area. He's been staying in the Hallmark Hotel in Ferriby since the start of his loan deal (this part I know first-hand). As he's a footballer, I'm sure he could quite easily buy and sell property...

Altidore beginning to cop some flak at Sunlun

As it's almost a month away I would assume so. They'll probably record their first win over us, we're good at breaking records like that.
