    I contacted him for the above, responded within a few hours and guided me to the correct email to make changes. Seems a really nice fella, first time I have needed to contact him.

    Just got my initial seats moved in BCB, two came up on 2 isle end seats. Ticket office changed straight away without issue, can't wait now to see how pre-season unfolds.
