That is exactly the side I would have picked. Players in the right positions, pace and width. Yet the team is out now and we're unchanged from West Ham.... Quinn on the left over Brady? Hernandez pushed wider to make room for Jela? Think we'll get beat today. -

We need to get rid of 3-5-2. It's holding us back. It had it's moments in the promotion season and at times last season but now it's time to abandon it. Manchester United and QPR play 3-5-2 and it isn't working for them either. Something like this would be a lot better IMO...
