    How do we beat Utd

I think I agree with your team, tevezrightboot. Milner can play a defensive midfield role alongside Barry allowing Yaya to get forward a bit more than he has been recently and along with Silva, Tevez and Aguero hopefully that will be too much for United to contain.

Good to hear he is backing Mancini!

    Never a 1-6, but congratulations.

There's no reason why we can't beat them at home really. People seem to be talking as if we just need to beat them and hope they draw once...but we still have to go to Newcastle as well and that is a really tough fixture!

    I second that.

    Sergio Aguero

Young player of the year HAS to be Aguero, really is no contest IMO. Bale is the only one of the others who even comes close. Chamberlain really is a bizarre nomination, he's barely featured. Player of the year is between RVP and Silva for me. I'd like Silva to win it, he really is a class act...

This seasons most improved player is......

Definitely Lescott. Before this season I'd always thought he was decent, nothing more but a good squad player. Now if he's not in the defence we look a lot more vulnerable. Him and Kompany have formed a brilliant partnership at the back.

    Norwich 1 – Man City 6 – All Goals & Highlights

I was impressed with Norwich for most of the game, by the end we were getting chances and scoring goals for fun but only because they were open at the back committing players forward. Tevez and Aguero as a partnership up front, playing with Silva is unstoppable. Incredible to watch. I'm...

    Team for Norwich

Your team is correct, Father Jack. I would have suggested resting Toure after an injury, but last time I said he should be rested (after the ACON before the Villarreal away game) he ran the game, scoring twice. Just stick with that side now until the end of the season, no messing around.

    We all hate scumchester United

Cheers! Watched MOTD and was very impressed but won't say no to seeing the goals again now. Best thing about the game (from the highlights anyway) was that Silva looked back to how he was playing earlier in the season. Brilliant finish from him for the goal too. We have to stick with that line...

He/she is against United, who cares.

    We all hate scumchester United

Didn't manage to watch the game tonight but sounds like we played like we were at the start of the season. BIG if, but if we win the remaining games, we only need United to drop points in one game other than the game at the Etihad and we can still win it. Don't think it'll happen myself...

    We have been fined...

UEFA have fined us 30k euros for being ONE MINUTE late starting the second half against Sporting Lisbon. Which is 10k euros more than Porto were fined for fans racially abusing Mario Balotelli. Well done, UEFA. <doh>

    Man City laughing stock

Well said Father Jack. It doesn't affect us as fans the owner blowing a lot of money. It would affect us however, if we had to pay £60-£100 to watch ONE game of football, even against the lesser sides.

Man City plan £37 million double raid

We're the current holders of a trophy. One trophy-less season can happen to any side. If it starts happening a lot then there's a problem but it's one season. Finishing 2nd is probably better than an FA Cup or Carling Cup anyway.

mancini: right purschases (generally) wrong man managment

You have to question who COULD manage the likes of Tevez and Balotelli. Mourinho himself who is being linked with the job as City manager, has described Balotelli as "unmanageable" so it's not just Mancini.
