I'd normally agree but everything about this horse isn't 'right' but he just keeps winning. Throw in the enormous question marks associated with every other leading contender as well. I guess we'll find out soon enough.

What chances Laurina is re-routed to Mares now? I think we see a similar race to the Fighting Fifth myself. AJ plays the hare and BD picks him up after the last and finally gets the credit he deserves.

Difficult to judge them on today in what was basically a match. I thought both seemed to lack fluency at times (particularly RTR who I thought jumped poorly throughout). Wide open year though ( unless Percy is a superstar in waiting), so couldn't be ruled out.

Agreed on Penhill. Been chipping away at nr/nb since markets were formed. Only horse I'd fear would be Supasundae but I'm not convinced that one turns up here.

Only injury or an act if God stops Altior winning here. Let's admire, enjoy him and not trouble out minds finding an alternative.
