And mine, living locally you come across it all the time, none of the FC supporters I know actively follow City, mainly Leeds, Liverpool, Man utd etc, on the other hand I know a few Rovers fans who also support City.

I mean, how can you get excited about winning something in such a weak competition, not that the Hull clubs have won much anyway, no grand final wins in how many years. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind watching the odd game and it can be a decent watch. But the actual competition is gash.

Strange comment from a City fan. But addressing your point, the RL competition is tinpot compared to Football, twelve teams and most are small towns, I'd say that the number of times the so called giants FC and KR have won silverware in such a tinpot competition is even more embarrassing.
