It looks like Piroe has been completely frozen out of the starting eleven so it would make more sense to sell him in January. It would probably raise more funds when you consider Gnonto’s sell-on clause. Gnonto also fits the system better, being able to play on the wing or alongside Calvert-Lewin.

Well tbf none of them do any of those things so they should be able to cope with a few games a few days apart expending the same amount of energy each time.

All this bollocks about ‘energy expended’ <doh> they’re not even at the halfway stage of the season ffs. Plus the fact the scousers may have ‘expended a lot of energy’ scraping a draw against Sunderland. Works both ways.
