Spurs fan since 1967. Qualified football coach and keen on developing kids through non-competitive leagues. Which is unfortunate because most of the other managers at my club and in the league are dinosaurs who think that the only way for 6-12 year olds to learn football is to select the biggest monsters they can find to hoof the ball down the field and win every game.
