OK, here's a view from someone who was actually at Oldham. We played well, some really nice football, made good chances and failed to take them. Their keeper had a blinder. Not an occasion to launch an attack on the manager.

Yes, interesting, isn't it? I'm not hold my breath, though, because GFC is not a great investment. I think that may partly have been motivated by Scally's desire to try and convince people he's not as wealthy as they think he is. ..And that's what I mean by Scally not doing things the way I would. But it's a hell of a leap from that to some of the wild allegations about how GFC is his personal piggy bank - which apart from anything else, shows a real ignorance of company accounting.

Fantastic wind-up lukey! It's the second time in our entire history that we've won a league title. So yes, it was great. Did I enjoy it as much as the Wembley play-off wins? As a one-off, no. But in 40 years' time when we've yet to win another title, I can say I was around for the last one.

What's the point in handing out STs to people who never intend to pay for a ticket? If you're right about that, what's the benefit to the club? Absolutely none. And my point about STHs not being out of pocket is that (unless you're selling some of your tickets to others on the side), stopping...

I really don't get why people are getting so wound up about this. If you've been handing out freebies to mates or relatives, you're ripping off the club. Think about this: if only 25 STHs give their tickets to others each game, that's lost revenue to the club of c £500 a match, or well over...

I think we'll definitely sign at least one more striker - even if Burton is offered a contract. You have to discount Birchall (who I'm sure will go out on loan), so at present we only have Kedwell and German. MA will want at least four front-line strikers on the books by the start of the season...

How can anyone say play-offs are a bad thing? They've provided us with untold excitement, THREE appearances at Wembley and two promotions!
