Transfer Rumours ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES, 25/26 SEASON

Makama: 0 assists, 0.16 Xassists/90, and bottom 10% for progressive passes, pass attempts, pass completion and shot creating actions (comparison to peers in top 14 leagues) Schwartau: 0 assists, 0.24 Xassists/90, 0.12 Xassists, pass completion a lot better but not exactly good in other creative...

    2025/2026 Season

Never fills me with confidence when we look for a replacement and find them in our own academy, (or the best candidate happens to be an ex- Norwich player...), so a bit surprised we've given him the role on a permanent basis. Obviously wish him all the best. At least Knapper has seen how he works.

Grand Prix thread QATAR AIRWAYS QATAR GRAND PRIX 2025

I think my favourite spicy scenario is Max crosses the line to win in Abu Dhabi, and McLaren radio Piastri (running P2) telling him his championship is over and he needs to drop 3 places to P5 to allow Lando to pass him and take the crucial P4 he needs to secure the title.

Transfer Rumours ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES, 25/26 SEASON

It doesn't matter if it's the Prem, Bundesliga or La Liga - he's not getting into the USA team without an insane run of goalscoring with us, so he might as well roll the dice.

Transfer Rumours ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES, 25/26 SEASON

As it stands, Sargent is missing out on a home World Cup if he stays with us. I'd be amazed if he's not agitating for a move in January.

Absolutely love that for Kenny, what a way to end it.

Who Will Be The Next Knapper Wonder Choice

Phillippe Clement, Belgian ex-Rangers manager, looks to be the latest rumour.

The way we all squabble, antisocial media might be nearer the mark.

Who Will Be The Next Knapper Wonder Choice

BBC reporting we've spoken to Will Still and Gary O'Neil too.

    He's gone

EDP reporting that Knapper will lead the appointment of the next manager.

    He's gone

Russell Martin trying to teach this team to play out from the back, mid-season with a team sapped of confidence, is an absolute recipe for disaster. I look forward to his announcement

    He's gone

Not sure they play the same position? Mattsson has always played CM/DM I think, whilst Schwartau usually plays wide midfield or has previously played centrally behind a striker? Given the time of year, would a "Christmas tree" 4-3-2-1 suit the squad? Kovacevic Stacey Medic Darling Schlupp...

    He's gone

Whoever comes in, has to be able to make the most of this squad. We can't rely on this leadership team to make game-changing signings in January. They aren't capable, and by the time they bed in it'll be too late. We've got an abundance of defensive midfielders, and Sargent & Kvistgaarden...

    He's gone

Michael Carrick has to be the stand-out candidate (who might actually come here)...? Russell Martin is going to get mentioned plenty. Gary O'Neill?

HOW LONG DO WE GIVE HIM ?

Kellen Fisher the player sent out to face the media. I know Kenny is generally pretty good at doing that, but beyond McLean are we looking at a 21 year old to be a leader?
