Which begs the question "Why would agree to that." That could take them until the end of the window and we're offering a hefty fee. Surely we will have set a deadline.

It doesn't say whether or not they will be loans or permanent. Just a side issue, Gus does say that the longer the Borini deal drags on, the less likely it is that we'll sign him.

If the article is true then I hope Gus has a plan B. Having already lost out on Williams, Borini (according to the Echo) and now Alonso.

Just read that Colback and Bardsley wont be signing new contracts regardless of what league we are in. Who else is out of contract in the summer?
