Off Topic Cottingham Cricket Club trashed...

As someone heavily involved with a cricket club this sickens me. Clubs can not exist without volunteers giving up significant time let alone the 10 hours on a Saturday playing too.

Things We Think We Think #225

I categorically will not be renewing. I still intend to go to home games. However I resent the significant increase in my pass cost (E5) and having to pay monthly. If I could pay a one off annual fee I would potentially have moved.

    Mike Phelan

Not true. He can't cross and struggles to beat a man, not a right winger.

Bruce's 'chronically short of players' comments

If you renegotiate before the end of the window you would have a signed contract which would supersede it.

Having been to Dortmund and Berlin recently... I can confirm everything is cheap as eluded to above however the shirts are anything but cheap.

    Just called the ticket office...

To me it very much sounded like that they have already decided that there will be a decrease should we be relegated but the guy didn't want to confirm 100% to me as it is not official.

    Just called the ticket office...

Apparently season ticket prices are "likely" to be decreased if we go down. Those who have paid already will be reimbursed the difference.

Liverpool game - very likely to be re-arranged

Great news for those of us who play cricket on weekends from the middle of April! Last year Wembley took priority over cricket but not league games!
